Good News! Ispita had transplantation and recovering fast

E-mail Print PDF

Finally Ispita had her kidney transplantation performed on 17th July in a New Delhi hospital. Donor was Ispita's mother. Both Ispita and her mother have been doing well. We will bring you more details to you soon. Ispita is keen to thank all the donors individually and she is going to write to all of you soon. Below find the content of email sent by Kaushik, Ispita's brother, to us who expressed his gratitude to the association and all the donors.

Dear Sirs,

We would like to express our gratitude towards all of you for being with us on every juncture in our difficult times and bringing us to a position where we are now. Honestly, it would not have been possible without your support and intervention. We have finally heard of a probable date of Transplant from the Hospital which will most likely be the 17th of this month or earlier. We now hope that everything will be fine and Ipsita will soon be able to lead a healthy life. I have been specifically asked by Mom and Dad to thank Nripen Sir, Jayanta Sir, Bhupen Sir and Kripanjali Ba for all your help with the legal procedures, NOC, fund raising, etc. and above all the moral support that we we got from all of you. We would also like to thank each and every individual who have invaluably contributed towards meeting our medical expenses. I would have personally written them a taking note if it is possible to get the e-mail IDs. (Kripanjali Ba - is it possible to get them?) I shall keep you posted on the further developments. Thanking all of you once again.

Thanks & Regards.

Kaushik
