Mission Statement
The United Assam Association is a non-political, non-religious and non-profit-making voluntary society. The mission of the Association is to unite the people from Assam in the United Kingdom in order to build a stronger Assamese community, to promote cultural identity of the Assamese in the British society, to make the subsequent generations of the British Assamese aware of their cultural heritage, and to promote social and general welfare of the British Assamese. Whenever possible, the Association will offer help to the people of Assam.
